TAKE A MORNING TRIP TO HAWAII

Last month I gave in and jumped on board the whipped coffee train and WOW, so good! I took a basic recipe offline and made it my own. By simply substituting and adding a couple ingredients I created my new morning tropical bliss. Every time I sip on this sweet & coconut-y perfection, my taste buds are immediately transported to the islands. Craving a little vacation? Try it out!

Prep Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
Whipped Coffee
• 2 tbsp instant coffee (I used Nescafe)
• 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener (I used Stevia)
• 2 tbsp hot water
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 
Milk & Topping
• 1 cup coconut milk
• caramel sea salt (optional)
• shredded coconut or coconut shavings (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine whipped coffee ingredients in small mixing bowl.
Mix with hand-held mixer for approximately 2–3 minutes, or until thick & frothy.
Scoop on top of cup of coconut milk.
Sprinkle with caramel sea salt and/or coconut.
ENJOY!!!!
 
***Quick Tip***
Stir whip into milk before drinking to truly experience the full coconut explosion!
