Dining out is making a comeback! Let’s be sure to support our local restaurants and show them how much we appreciate them keeping our bellies full, our thirst quenched & our cravings satisfied. Get out there this summer and try something new on these updated menus I’ve been lucky enough to refresh 🙂

Located in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood, Fox Run Cafe was created to provide the community with a warm, inviting place to eat and enjoy. They take a fresh and simplistic approach to breakfast and lunch – and take the time to bake all of their pastries and bread in-house. Fox Run Cafe was designed to evoke a feeling that you’re amongst friends and family. So, come on in and make yourself at home.

Located in Denver’s thriving Union Station neighborhood, their menu embodies the dual nature of its name. Featuring both hearty and light items, The Pig & The Sprout provides thoughtful, creative seasonal fare for vegans and meat-eaters alike. Even the bar program gives a nod to this split focus – their quirky, sexy cocktails are paired to both palates. The space is designed to make guests feel like they’re at a casual get-together hosted by their most stylish friend.

Located in Greenwood Village/DTC, Crave Coffee’s vision is to make the world a better place by creating a warm and inclusive space where people can connect through coffee. Their foundation is built with love for specialty coffee, and all people of any gender, color, orientation or creed. They take pride in being environmentally responsible, so while loving all people, they also love our original foundation – this Earth.
